Filmmaking is not a coward, this is something I learned while hanging out with one of the plains of Saro movie production crew. This requires hard work, literary talent, smart thinking, quick reactions (occasionally), a sense of humor (often) and a lot of imagination and power. It sounds a challenge? Maybe. But independent movie theater company's free-spirited and alert 14-year-old children from East Aurora, it is only the work of passion.
Plain, Salo made just one example, is becoming more and more people "underground" teenage fiction filmmakers. Not only is their work very well, it has a completely unique flavor. In fact, it evolved into a subculture, localization, local art, "regular kids" blooming skills energized imagination and honesty and guts.
